This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect Personal Information (Name, Email, Phone, Location), Account Information (User ID, credentials), Submission content (project details, treatments, additional materials), and your optional choice to create a P2P Portfolio account.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to manage your account, review your submission for Cinema at Sea, contact you about it, and keep the platform secure. If you opt in to P2P Portfolio, only your basic professional information (name, email, location, roles) is used to create that account; your treatment and submission materials are never shared.

3. DATA SECURITY

Your data is stored on secure servers operated for Cinema at Sea. Treatments and materials are private: only you and authorized Cinema at Sea reviewers can open them. No system is completely secure. You can delete your account at any time from Edit Profile → Delete account.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data as long as your account is active or required for legal compliance. We may retain certain records for legal protection post-deletion.
